I have been gone for a while, training and personal training but ready to be more active again and get even more motivated.  And if I can help other people get motivated too I would love to do my best!

Thats the key to all success, it stems from motivation….. I never understand why people can’t be more positive to one another in the fitness world, you have people out there who think they are IFBB pro judges criticizing one another and being overly critical to one another.  If you don’t have something nice to say or you don’t like the look or a type of person just leave them a lone and let them do there thing and stick to the people you admire and support them. People take themselves way to serious.
