How should I Go about losing weight while building muscle?

I am starting a workout plan in order to transform my body. I need diet and motivation tipse to whip me into shape.

    www.bodyforlife.com will do it for you…basically nutrition, lifting, cardio and rest is what you need….give yourself 6 months of 24/7 dedication and you will notice huge gains…i lost 100lbs about 8 years ago now.
