just started on my new diet and new training routine can’t wait till the end of the months to see my progress hopfully i will be able to stik with my current diet without any problmes
Man Girls Won’t stop given me attention i can’t believe by just dropping 3lbs of fat would make girls go crazy it’s like a aftershave advert or summet lol it’s great hope it’s better next year when it’s hotter and i can walk around topless
i’ve just joined a new gym and it’s got all the free weight i need now as i’ve had to put up with the smith machine for 5 months now lol i’ve got a new diet in place all i need now is the cash and time to make it all happen so next year i become UKBFF north western JR champ then Brit JR Champ
man i feel like an idiot i forgot to apply to become a member of the ferderation i wanted to compete in an it’s to late to apply so i did a contest diet for nothing lol ah well now i can focus on next years comp and get bigger,leaner than ever before.:)
My Progress has come to a complete stop i had to stop bulking about 4 days after i started to save up money to get people christmas presents (Which i don’t mind) but but on Friday i got run over & spent the weekend in Hosptial luckly the only injures were my right ear was ripped halfway off & i had 7 stiches in my head so i was very lucky but i can’t train for a month incase i bang my ear (Then it would come off) now all my energy i focused on cathin the bastard who ran me over Cause it was a hit and run.
i’ve just bought about a weeks worth of my diet and i have managed to make a quite good home gym i’m just gettin ready to rearnge my workout to build up my weak areas. gonna start on sunday working my chest, triceps and abs can’t wait
