Big Back night tonight!
July 25, 2007I have had enough carb to give me some great energy for my back night tonight, my aim if too get 3-5 sets of chins with 3-5 reps each, seated row with a highter weight than last week, and to really concentrate on my lats on the lat pulldown, then if I have any energy left, some straight arm cable pulldowns - to isolate my lats, which are pathetic!
Tomorrow morning is my first at home second leg day workout, which I added to I could do a fifthh weights workout a week without having to go to gym on a friday, as it closes earlier on a friday night. high rep barbell squats, lunges, SLdeads and reverse hyperextensions for my glutes. I want it to be a high intensity workout, which I look forward to.
