ANIMAL FLEX!!!

I just added another supp. to my stack! ANIMAL FLEX!!! I decided to try Animal Flex because I needed something to help my recovery for my joints especially that im going into my training for my marathon in a couple of months. Also,for the past year I’ve had little bit of a chin splint problem but nothing to stop my from training. Hopefully this product will help my joints and restore my connective tissue! So far, I’ve been feeling great and no issue during and after my training. I like it! I’ll keep everyone posted.

LIPO-6 BLACK Day 2

Toda ys is the second day of taking Lipo-6 Black! Of course there hasn’t been any major changes yet, but I just wanted to let everyone know how I feel. After the second day of using this product, I’ve noticed that I have a lot more energy and have been feeling really great at the gym. Even after a long day of work, I am able to get a nice workout in with out being tired. so far, I really like this product even though I haven’t seen any results. I’ll keep everyone posted!

I went to do some holiday shopping today! Went to the local Vitamin Shoppe and bought myself the new Lipo-6 black! Im anxious to try it out! Ill start on Monday! I cant wait to see what happens!

I’m staying away from all stores today! I’m hitting up the gym for a great post turkey day workout! I have get rid of all that food I ate yesterday! I ate waaaay too much! I’ll be on the treadmill for awhile! lol Anyways, i hope everyone is enjoying the holidays!

GETTING CLOSER #2

October 4, 2009

I’m starting into my second week of this new program im starting! Im really happy with what Im noticing. I cut down 5 lbs and noticed great mass gains around my delts and traps. I’m really trying to focus my shoulder area. I still have a long ways to good, but I know if I keep it up, I will be satisfied. Pics coming soon. I hope everyone is having a great day and stay motivated!

GETTING CLOSER #1

Since my last post, I have been doin work at the gym! For the past 3 weeks I was doing 2 a days! My routine started early in the morning before work and the evening time. I did mainly cardio in the mornings to help cut and get lean. In the evenings I would do mainly weight training. Along with my workout schedule, I changed my diet. I cut a large portion of carbs and stuck with a high protein diet. I have to say Im really happy .Im looking forward to the next few weeks. Ill keep everyone posted! TTYL Bodyspacers!

STARTING STRONG #3

Well it’s been a few days since my last post. I’m going into my 3rd week of training and cutting. I’m really happy with my results so far, but I know I have a long way to go. Today’s workout session was just a run. I ran 7 miles at the track. Tomorrow I plan on a double session with light weights and more cardio. I’ll keep everyone posted. STARTING STRONG #2

I just ended my second week of my cutting. I’m very happy with my results so far. I plan on increasing my cardio and lower my carb intake. I’m excited to see how my body turns out in another 2 weeks. I’ll keep everyone updated! HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND EVERYONE!

Starting Strong!

I had a great workout this morning! I’m feeling really great! My morning workout consisted on a 3 mile run and a little arm circuit workout! Looking forward to my evening workout session.
