multi-vitamin

Monday, June 4th, 2007

Does anyone know if there is a "better or best" time to take a multivitamin?!?!  I’m not sure how they are absorbed in the body or if they interact with anything, so I’m just wondering.

legs

Thursday, May 31st, 2007

Just got home from the gym and I decided I need to lean out my legs!!!!!!!!!!! My stomach is very lean and I do not have a lot of body fat (I’m currently on meds to bring back my menstrual cycle which I lost almost a year ago due to low body fat).  I just feel as though my stomach is very lean compared to my legs.  Little bit frustrating since I eat very clean!

pelvic lines?

Wednesday, May 30th, 2007

Does anyone know of any ab exercises that bring out the pelvic lines???  I’m thinking lower ab movements/obliques…. I thought I found an article online before too about this, but now I cant find it!  THANKS! :-)

confused/frustrated/need help!

Friday, May 18th, 2007

okkk so today I had to try on bathing suits and I got a little bit frustrated! I feel like I have been working out and hard for so long and I dont look how I want to! ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.  Idk though…I have had many and i mean MANY ups and downs since i have really started to care about fitness.  My past is a mess with my relationship with food.  Ive been under 300 cals a day to probly over 3000 a day (binging and starving).  It’s a terrible thing to do and I was in a cycle for a looooong time.  Does anyone know how long (roughly) it takes for my body to realize it’s not in starvation mode any more!  I feel like my body is practically holding onto fat because it is still worried it is not being nurtured properly when I have been eating consistently (4-5 times a day- every 2-3 hours- rougly 1400-1600 cals) for about 3 weeks or so.  I think I need to get over this "hump" so to speak and then my body will start to allow me to lose fat.  Any thoughts would help. GRACIAS!
