Does anyone know if there is a "better or best" time to take a multivitamin?!?! I’m not sure how they are absorbed in the body or if they interact with anything, so I’m just wondering.

I always take mine with breakfast…make sure you take it with food, so it has some help breaking down…plus, taking it in the morning ensures full absorption and breakdown…unless you have a different schedule (work nights, sleep during the day kinda thing)…

Make sure you are taking calcium seprately from zinc/magnesium and your multi.
Otherwise, there is no real consensus on a best time.
I take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening right before bed.
I, also, chew them up to increase the surface are and make them easier to digest. Might make ya gag though, dpending on your tolerance to taste.
