I embark on a journey on this Wednesday night. I will begin my goal of getting a rocky four-pack in one month. I currently stand at a soft four pack. It will take dedication and hard work. I must eat healthy if I want to accomplish this goal. I need to stay away from a lot of fats and carbs, while supplying my body with adequate protein to grow. My nutrition is 90% of my efforts, while training is the other 10%. Not only do I want to do this for me, but I want to show off my body to others(especially girls) and be an inspiration to kids of somebody who leads a healthy lifestyle. This is all for today.

Hi, I know this is very LATE after this post, LOL, but just thought to make a comment. You seem to understand that it’s DIET that’s the key thing to results, not training! You DON’T have to stay away from carbs though, and good fats are an essential part of any diet as well. You can lose fat on almost anything (but you shouldn’t, LOL!), but you just need to find what works for YOU, really. I’ve actually found that I lose fat well when I INCREASE my carbs!
