So ive been at school for a month now and its going good. Im eating as healthy as i can from what they offer and im gettin to the gym atleast 6 days a week. Class is also going well so theres nothing to complain about. Now i just gotta continue to lift hard and heavy and hopefully i can continue to grow.

So i just started another 8 week program its designed to up your 1 rep maxs anywhere from 10-30 pounds the last time i did this program it was great. My bench went from 275 to 300 my deadlift went from 405 to 425 and my squat went from 385 to 410 so i was really happy with the progress that i had made. Now that i have started this again i know im going to have to push myself even harder than last time to get past the numbers that i have put up, even if it means puking after i finish deads or maybe some sqauts. Im ready to push my body to those points. I know the program is just beggining but im looking forward to it and so far i feel great lifting and thats why i look forward to lifting everyday

So now soccers over and its my last year before college. now its time to get big. i want to start a new program thats going to put size and strenght on so i can go into college bigger than ever. if anyones got any suggestions let me know id apreciate any help.
