BGB Challenge update….

This week has been a flat-liner for me!  Tuesday was primary day……rodeo started Wednesday through last night and Saturday was our huge event we have been planning for months.  So basically….this week was late nights, early mornings and a lot of head stress but I just woke up from my Sunday siesta and I’m feeling like my lil body is bouncing back! 

I have been eating clean and on a 14 day detox program so my body is looking good.  The majority of my bloating from up-ing my protein is now gone so…….I’ve basically lost a week of building muscle :( but all else is good! I’ve ordered a hemp protein powder that doesn’t have lactose and I pick that up tomorrow at the health food store.  I’m working on my post workout meals for the week now so I’m ready for a great week!  JJfit was brave enough to post some bootie pics soooooooo….surely I can be too!  I’ll have my bff help me out tomorrow and we will get them taken and posted.  I’ll post my program for this week tomorrow as well.

Congrats to all the ones still on the eating challenge!  I’m so very proud of your endurance!

    Great for you on the 14day detox….how you do all this with the late nights and such is besides me…. WOW! Thank you, too, girl for all your encouragement to me….you guys are literally keeping me going — I wanted to cheat so many times…but know that would be it….if i do, all that I have been trying to do is done…(okay, not really, but I am going with it….LOL)

    YAY, so great to hear from you again!! Glad things are going well in the bloating department and that things are getting back to normal! Don’t be too hard on yourself with the missed muscle building - sounds like you had a super hectic week, I don’t know how you do it!     Things get crazy at work and we make due. This week should be much better for you. I hope the new proetin works out for you.

    How do you ever do it?! I am working on a campaign for next week and though I am trying to stay calm and prep prep prep. Normally I stress eat by now.

    14 days detox at work?! Amazing!
    What is the brand of the protein. I am lactose intolerant. Sounds interesting.

    well this is my busy week as well..sigh to many workshifts. Trying to eat clean but not doing to well. So my hat goes off to you.One more night then 2 days left before i have 8 days off. Will work on the clean eating then..
    and look at what i look like then. Think that is awesome you can keep at it and do a detox program..congrats..
