Ready for the next challenge!
I started my final week strong with cardio….yes I said it….cardio! After reading how so many of you actually use cardio to get rid of frustrations, I knew I had another reason to do it right. lol! After three days of hard workouts and excellent cardio, I was in a four car pile up and things are a lil sore now. ;( I’m just fine….only bent up front and back bumpers…isn’t that a blessing? God always takes such good care of me!!!!! I’ve been sporting a tough headache and sore neck for days tho so I’m giving it one more day and then I’ll hit the gym again.
I’m ready for our next challenge! Have we decided? I’m so excited our girl TLC is back! WHOOOO HOOOOO!

Sorry to hear about your wreck.. everything I have ever been in has been resulted in a totaled vehicle.. needless to say I walked away, but I do own a lot to the upgraded seatbelts that were in place for each wreck.. but I digress… glad you found a way to like cardio.. I could go for hours with cardio.. I just get in a zone and go….

You know I am hoping for a Booty Challenge next and I know you want in on some of that action too..lol.
It has been great being in this challenge and meeting you. You started out in such great shape and your photos are inspiring.
Glad to hear you found something less than loathing in cardio..perhaps a little spark has been ignited. As is appears cardio is not necessary for your lean and lithe frame, but it does offer that oulet for stress you mentioned.
OK, no slacking (really saying that for myself) until Challenge #2!

oh my accidents are so horrible..they leave you in pain and memories are not good…glad to hear your ok…come back when you are ok to do so…welcome to challenge number #2. I am definetly in and will find it tough to do…clean eating is tough for me..
