FTF Challenge is Wrapping Up….

Hello fellow de-fluffers!  I have not dropped off the face of the earth….although my progress for this week was totally flat.  Somehow when I set my goals for the week I had forgotten it was our 15 year anniversary.  My husband and I went out of town for a few days and although I remained true to my healthy eating life-style, I consumed a ton, a mega ton, of calories in red wine. (but it was ooooh sooooo good! :) )

Measurements are the same so no damage done….but I did basically take the week off!  I’m excited to read everyone else’s blogs to see how you’ve all ended up since this is most of your week 6.  What’s next?  Have we decided?

nice one.. keeping the measurements the same.. the biggest fear is returning from a trip and having to check that stuff.. lol I did it in Feb and ugh, with much different results than you.. lol I don’t think we decided on a new challenge, but I think there are a few good ideas.. even if it means I have to participate in a "booty" challenge.. lol

Life’s too short to give up wine. Congrats on your anniversary and staying on track with your food intake. I did the same, but managed to polish off a bottle too:) I’m up for the next challenge as well and will continue to blog weekly.

Is wine gluten-free? lol…at least wine is a better choice than giant beers…more on that in my blog, but I also was a little free-spirited in my diet last week.
I TOTALLY consider getting back on track and back to previous measurements, progress, so you did great. And enjoying it and not feeling guilty is another win. As Lauren points out, Life is too short to give the things we love. I know if it were my anniversary, my dear husband would not exactly love me focusing on chicken breasts, broccoli for the event.

There is talk of a …get ready…a Booty Challenge. You know I am in on that one.

Aww, belated Happy Anniversary!! Red wine is definitely how I would celebrate it, too… hope it was a great, romantical (yes, that’s a word, honest ;) ) one!! :)
