1 week of de-fluffing down…momentum is good!
I really tried to get this written Friday..then Saturday…now its early Sunday morning! Maybe my goals this week should be to have my update written by Friday evening! lol! Its been a decent eating week - but I did splurge on a little chocolate. I’ve eaten very clean for over two weeks now so I went ahead and had a little treat. My weight lifting has suffered a bit this week. I have started working on a political campaign and I typically lift five days a week and I was only able to get in three! My energy level just wasn’t there but the control freak inside of me will make sure I get that figured out asap!
Onto my goal for this past week…..
Let me start by saying YOU LADIES ARE AWESOME!!!!! I have had so much amazing encouragement for this cardio problem I have!!! Plus I get my blog responses on my blackberry so even though I’m not logged on the site….you girls are buzzing my phone telling me to get my butt in gear! I love our fabulous fantastic de-fluffers! My goal was to get in three days of cardio. I didn’t get in three but I got in two PLUS I’m not negative about it anymore! So…that is more to me than getting in three and dreading this next week of trying! I can do it! I love the HIITs training Hot Heather, Jules and others helped me out with. Word up….don’t try to google acronyms if you don’t know how to spell them or know what they stand for! Yep..I wasted a little time there!
My goals this week are going to be to get in three days cardio and four days lifting. I will be traveling and playing golf so this will be a little tough - I have 36 holes to play in a fundraiser Tuesday so I expect to be pretty beat for a day or two. I love the way JJfit does her measurements so I’m going to do mine the same way…I think this will help me more for encouragement than taking pictures and squinting to see if I can finally see some definition! But hey, I’m gonna keep doing that too!
Measurement at bb - 25.5
Measurement 1 inch above - 26
Measurement 2 inches below (this is my lil pooch thats gota go!) - 30
So this week I’m going to get in THREE sessions of cardio (and I aint scared
) and FOUR sessions of lifting. I expect the POOCH measurement to start shrinking…..have a fantabulous week ladies! I’ll be checking in on your blogs as I get a chance but I promise to get to everyones before the weekend’s up!

Hope this week goes really well for you. I know what you mean w/ the time element w/ work, training, we have a four year old which can be pretty comanding so we try. Have a great day.

Sounds like a great plan. Campaign work is grueling but you’ll be able to squeeze those workouts in for sure. Thanks again for all your support and have a fantastic week!!!

And YAY for not hating (well, not being negative) about cardio during your sessions!! I do agree that I’d take 2 quality sessions rather than 3 ho-hum sessions when taking attitude towards it into account, so awesome job, chick!! You’re doing awesome - rock it for the next week!!

Way to go! 2 great cardio sessions is far better for you than 3 with a dreary attitude about it! Stay positive, stay strong….you are doing so well and you are going to reach your goals for sure! Way to defluff–even on the campaign trail! Awesome!

Maybe you need the right type of music for cardio…that’s the only thing that keeps me doing cardio…music! Good for you for eating clean for 2 weeks. That’s really good consider you travel for work. Cheers on accomplishing your goals this week!

Hmmm… I am thinking you best not be driving around in that lil cart today… get out, walk it with your clubs and make it a cardio workout!!! Who cares what others think??? Belles, you amaze me with all that you are doing, Keep focused and great (really i mean this) great job with the diet!!!!
