5-week De-Fluffing Goals

OK fellow de-fluffers….please keep in mind I’m new to this "blogging"! From what I understand about the de-fluffing challenge is that we have five weeks left and we give weekly updates of our progress??? Let me know anything I might be missing….
So, my goals for the next five weeks will be to get some definition in these abs! Right now I do no cardio to speak of, I love weight training, truly dislike the cardio. That will be my challenge so any encouragement or pushes from my fellow de-fluffers will be greatly appreciated! I’m going to add cardio into my workouts - I’ll shoot for three times a week, and continue eating clean.

if you do NOT like cardio, do HIIT! short, sweet, and straight to the point! But hiit is hard, like death!

LOL! I didn’t even know you were joining our defluff!! The only rule is that every Friday you have to post a FRIDAY FLUFF blog, with progress updates from the previous week and new goals for the next week. THEN you have to respond to all (as many as you can) the fluffers blogs for support and motivation…that’s the most important rule!! You can use the links I listed on my blog. Welcome to the challenge! Thanks so much for responding about the fiber, glad to hear it happened to someone else. I hate cardio as well, love the feeling when I’m done, but have to mentally prepare myself every time. I know it’s the way to burn fat, but I still HATE it. Best of luck with all your goals.

Hey, Girl!!! welcome to the friendly fluffer gang!! I am so happy to have you joining…i think gofor it nicks is starting this week too…and going for 6 (i am doing this for 7 to keep her motivated…so feel free to join us for the last week.) The other fluffers are on tlc’s blog…so you can keep up, other than that…are you just looking for defination or are you looking to reduce your waist size??
finally, i don’t like cardio either…do you superset your weights? that helps..and i agree HIIT is great… search HIIT workouts on bb.com and they will give you the idea of what it is all about. good luck…

Welcome to the challenge… the more the merrier! Believe it or not, but cardio is your friend. Repeat after me… cardio is my friend, again, cardio is my friend.
Can’t say i like cardio all the time, but when i am done, especially on those days that i don’t want to do it, i feel great.
baby steps, 3x a week is a good start. Good luck!

Hey, welcome to the challenge! I am doing an extra week too since this week was a total bust. Getting a fresh start next week though and it’s gonna be great! So, join us for the last week too. Great goals on the cardio. I’m the one who has to push to do anything…so I get where you’re coming from, but it is a great feeling when you do it.

Welcome fellow fluffer!! First of all, you already look fantabulous, so you’ll definitely reach new heights in these next few weeks!! And, as a self-professed cardio-holic, think of all the endorphins coursing through your veins during your cardio session, and let that elation make you excited for your next session!! Hey Belles Welcome! How was your first week? are you a runner? running outside is usually a nice deal. Also if you make yourself start, you have to get back home, so you are usually forced to continue with the cardio if you want to get home. Hope that helps.
