Day #2 of Diet Change
I weighed myself and I lost 2lbs from the day before. I guess this diet works! I replaced a lot of my protein today with whey just because I was gone almost all day. Today’s totals ended up being:
1775kcal
122g of fat
11g of Sugar
20.5g of Fiber
138g of protein
Most of my fat today came from cheese and real salad dressing. I’ll work on my fat intake tomorrow.
