OK, I had my LESI on Wednesday and I can notice a difference already! I am excited to say that my back/sciatica are diminishing rapidly. Finally. I am starting a 12 day bootcamp if you will. 12 straight days of basic nutrition and exercise. No free passes with either food or exercise during this time. I am also going to detox during this time frame- drink my "greens" 3 x day and drink lots of water, plain and with lemon and ginger. Got new MRPs coming in the mail soon. An exciting time for pain. Gratitide is the key. I am so grateful for my perfect health!

Still fighting this partial bulging disc. Enough already! Tired of sitting around. Can’t wait to get back to normal activity level.

I have been dealing with sciatica for the past 3 weeks, unable to do much cardio or leg work d/t pain. HOWEVER, I have stuck with upper body training and abs, abs, abs. Feeling pretty good about that. I have also integrated more protein into my diet and have noticed a difference already in my mid section. Very exciting. Only walking very short distances now. Come Monday I am heading back to the gym. Yipee!!

Man, have I been crabby lately. I have been sick since Sunday and have not been able to train yet at all this week. I did light cardio this afternoon and will hit chest and bi’s Thurs at the gym. Finally! So I am going to crtam my lifts in the next 3 days and I also need to burn 1400 calories in cardio this week.
"I’ll TRY is a glorified way to FAIL". (I may have messed up that quote, but you get the idea).

I started with a new trainer at the beginning of the week. He seems very intense and does not sugar coat anything. I think we’ll get along fine. Today I trained bi’s and chest. Got a good pump so will be sore tomorrow. I’ll lift 3x week and burn 1200 calories/wk for cardio. I don’t know how many days or minutes that will add up to it. I am really excited again! I have also ditched the scale. He measured me on Tuesday and I did not want to know. In 2 months wneh we re-evaluate I’ll be curious about my losses. Very pumped!!

Fell off the wagon last week due to company, both expected and unexpected. Oh well, c’est la vie! Back on track today. I worked over the weekend-second shift at the hospital. When I get home at 2400 or so I am ravenous. I need to rein in the appetite at those times. I also find when I am tired I tend to eat more! And I am not even hungry.

Haven’t made it to the gym much over the last few weeks, sick kids and bitter col have kept me indoors. Anyway I have set a home gym in the basement and it seems to be working. Yes, it’s super convenient but I still like the "feel" of the gym atmosphere. I’m planning to start back at the gym come spring time.

Ate clean today. I still have a training session to complete tonight after the little ones go to bed. I am looking forward to it. I have realized that today will build on tomorrow and so on and so on…
