Off the rails
I went to my dietian on Thursday the 21st of June. I found out that in the last 3 weeks I have put on 2.6kgs (5.7lbs), I couldn’t believe it. I knew I had had some cheat days and my father was over for a week so my meal sizes were a far bit larger, but when I jumped on those scales my heart sunk. Today is the day I get back on track I will be training hard than I ever have before, eatting precisely what I should be eatting and NO alcohol!
