start of bulk phase #1
Monday, November 26th, 2007my goal is to compete again later next year but I have not set a firm show because I want to see how I prgress and be satisfied with that.
I have someone helping me with nutrition for my cutting phase but for my bulks I do the eating plan myself. I usually bulk successfully on 2000-2200 cals with macro’s of 50C-25P-25F and I gain very little if any fat doing it this way.
I use very few supplements for my gain phase,protein powder,Xtend,multi vit-mins,iron,EFA’s and ZMA which helps me sleep better during heavy training cycles. I am a creatine non-responder,plus I also have compartment syndrome in my left calf which makes any cell volumising product a no-go..so I do the simple route!
My bulk will be simple-4 workouts a week for 4-6 weeks,1-2 weeks break then another cycle. I get bored really easily so having shorter term goals makes life a whole lot easier for me
