Okay this is going to be a rant so if this is offensive sorry. What is it with the guys that walk around bowed up like nobody can tell there are not as big as they are walking. Trust me i do not have an ego about my size I really am fortunate with big genetics but some of these guys are ridiculous and im not just talking about people at the gym either THERE EVERYWHERE please lets start a coalition to inform these guys that they can put there arms down because there are no Lats holding them up they will probably be relieved that they can put there arms down that cant be comfortable. ILS Imaginary Lat Syndrome is affecting our youth and spreading like wildfire. Parents sit down and talk to your children about ILS and the warning signs such as (your child walking like there is ice in his armpits,he is sunburnt, or if he is walking like he’s got muscles that just are not there). Please take this seriously ILS affects 4 out of every 10 house holds or gyms. Do the right thing be informed and watch for the warning signs. Knowing is half the battle.
