We since my last post i’ve cut a nice bitof fat and have been able to keep all the muscle and i am still gaining strenght. I think the key is that im letting my diet and cardio do the work and not taking any fat burners That being said im 21 weeks out from the Central Japan Show in July so there is no need for any at the moment. For the past 2 weeks i’ve been hitting the cardio 30 minutes a day on my off days which are tuesdays, thursdays, saturdays and sundays, but starting 3/11/09 i will be doing cardio everyday workout days 30 minutes after my weight training possible on the stationary bike low impact and on none weight training days i will be 30 minutes in the morning on the HILL let me till this cardio workout rocks the shit i do 10pt incline 3.5 speed all the way up to 25 minutes the the last 5 minutes i either got 10 inclince 4.0 speed or 15 pts incline 3.5 speed depending on how motivated i am or what song im rocking on the ipod. Also ill be updating my proress pics regularly to see whats working and what not working.

Man i have to get my shit together this year. Last year was a dissapointment NO overall victories not even a NUMBER 1 Spot. Whose fault is that? Its mine i let my self down and fell far short of my goals in what should have been the year of the BEAST. Well thats enough of gettign down on myself now its time to get my shit together and fix what stop me from DOMINATING (My shoulder, traps, biceps and my CONDITIONING) this year i will have to get over myself and be willing to prep until i get sliced and ****ing diced even if that makes me a light heavy weight. I’m also working to become the CFAS Sailor of the year for 2008 but i didnt get that either i was however the Fourth Quater Sailor and every one including my wife says "WOW" you did a good job this year but "good" is the enemy of "great" and i aspire to be GREAT. So all that being said 2009 will be the YEAR of the BEAST and i will reign supreme. I am focussed and driven and have gain valuble experience in all my defeats so i will take what i have learn and defeat all who oppose me Akaiya "The Beast" Miller
