 I worked with DBCrusher to help him cut. Now it is time to add some MASS. He is making some unreal gains thus far (only 6 weeks).
After 6 Weeks 
Arms (flexed): + 1/4&#8243;
Quads: + 1/2&#8243;
Shoulders: 3/4&#8243;
Forearms: 1/2&#8243;
Weight: +11 lbs
