Thursday, May 8th, 2008Well as of today (May 8, 2008), I have stopped taking all forms of creatine. I even switched up my protein bar because it had creatine. Im in the beginning of cutting. I really, REALLY want to get cut up for summer and MAYBE compete. I would love to get down to 185ish (give or take a few pounds). Right now im 217. I’m taking Hydroxycut to help out a little bit, but the big factor on my weight loss is I started eating a hell of alot better. Since im poor theirs no way im going to beable to buy all the "good" food, but im making a huge attempt to buy the best food I can on my budget. I’m also going to start to do cardio. More than likely that HIT program for 3-4 days a week and continue weight training on a 5 day split. As for supps im eating about a gram or more of protein per pound i weigh. Sometimes its a little less but i try my best (hense my budget), I take protein powder, fish oil, amino 3000, a multi, and hydroxycut. Thats all for this rant. Wish me luck!
