New routine.
Thursday, February 28th, 2008Just started "bodybuilding" today… I’ve done powerlifting shit for the past 4-5 months now. Gained alotta strength and built a decent frame. My buddy competes in bodybuilding and I seen him doing his workout and I was in awe. I MIGHT take him in strength, but he is so much more physically fit. For example we were doing drop sets of seated dumbell curls (curling each hand same time) at 50lbs, down to 40, then 30 for 10 reps each and no rest in between each set. I figured "well this should be easy I can curl 50 ****in’ lbs." Wrong… lol. I did the first set fine… 2nd set… **** no. I had to drop weight on each set. It was insanley intense training. Im freakin hooked in only one day. I want my muscles to be in that physical shape. I mean my buddy must know what hes talking about hes 5′11 215 lbs. Hes ****in ripped and huge. I can’t wait to have that kinda of muscle deveopment. Im going to stop now my arms feel like there gonna fall off. jeremy
