Hack squats
Took my jack 3d to get going. Motor running started out with warm up with leg extensions leg curls and calve raises. Then went to hack squats. High reps did about 5-6 sets or so then finished up with heavy leg extensions curls and raises. It was getting dark so had to get going on the cardio. Did about 3 and half miles or so. I think I ran almost half of it today. I don’t know it was just like got to go got to go plus my dog was wanting to expend some of his energy. That does help if you have trouble running or get going take your dog if it’s a good size one for the walk run with you. It just really makes the difference I think. Jumped quite a few deer today quite a few bucks too. Saw a huge herd apparently they saw me cause they started running back to the woods it was kinda nice to see it. Well got to go eat real quick.
