chest and arms
Ok, real quick. Chest incline flat and decline bench presses. Squeezed at bottom and top. Felt great. Arms reverse arms curls then bent over curls with lower pulley. Foreamrs narrow and wide curls with the forearms. abs side bends and facing rack upper pulley crunches for mid to lower abs. No cardio today but a lot of stairs tonight.
