Lats and back new routine
I felt the need to switch up. I don't for some reason I can tell when it's time to switch up. It's when I start to get bored with it and start to do different exercises then what is planned. So I went ahead and switched it up to cycle two. Today was straight bar push downs. It's where you keep your arms out straight and push down. I did wide/mid/narrow push downs. After each set I was doing pull ups normal grip. Was also do ab crunches. AFter those I moved onto rope pulls. I put the rope up on the upper cable and pull it towards my throat area. I like those you can really feel them. For back I did good mornings then pull downs. Facing out I did pull downs in front and in back. I am on a high rep work out. So it's 20 reps per set. Roughly 5-6 sets if not more per exercise. I'm seeing some good improvements. After that did the elyptical for about 10 minutes had to get off dinner was ready. I sat with the fam cause I had to take in my creatine first before I ate. Got to go. Until next time BUILD ON!!
