Well back in the saddle again so to speak. I took about a week off I had a major test that I had to study for and well just couldn’t fit in the time to hit the gym or well that’s not really all the truth. I ran out of my work out ignitor and well just couldn’t get myself to the gym. I got it today though and I used to take about 3 scoops when I was tired and well today I was tired to I took 3. Big mistake I felt queasy and like I had a little too much energy you know. So I’m going to scale back to two scoops tomorrow. I am going to start up my two a day cardio again tomorrow. Walk/run in the morning and bike or elytpical after work out. Bicep went first curls with bar bell, then went to cable curls on the lower pulley. Arms are killing me. Back bent over rows then I did upper pulley cable pulldowns in front and back. After that just didn’t have the muster to do abs so I did some forearm training. Hope tomorrow is better work out then today was. I’m out of creatine so I’m just on my pre work ignitor then protein after wards. After work out today hit the bike with high intesity for 20 minutes. I need it I feel like a fat slob. I’ve been eating too much cause I cut back my meals I thnk a little too much. But hey sh!t happens right. I’ll get back on track though. I haven’t worked out in about 4 days now. I’ve been studying real hard for this test that is coming up that and I’m about of my nano vapor. I think once I get this test over tomorrow I’m going to start to hit the gym again. I just have to do a review later today then I’m set for tomorrow. I may even start up tomorrow when i get back from taking the test. I know I need too I’ve just been taking in the protein and eating like I’m suppose too well not even really that either. I haven’t done cardio I’ve been studying so much for this test. It’s crazy isn’t it. O well, plus vacation yes I’m on vacation again well not really even a vacation just time off from work. Sometimes you need to just get away I have some more time off coming up next month. Hey if you have the time and they are letting you burn it and your supervisor says you need to start burning more of your time HEY, who am I to argue. I’ll take as many as I can get I guess. Well got to get back to the books for a quick review no long study hours today just maybe 1-2. Until next time BUILD ON!!

Today the almighty legs. I don’t really have big legs I think it comes from all the cardio that I do. Sometimes 2 a days cardio. I usually run in the mornings usually just a mile I get bored with running. I have trained my self in breathing and stuff like that to expand the lungs blah blah blah but I get to the point that I get bored and just stop running. I think I could run longer but again just boredome stops me. Any ways getting back to legs. I started off with calf raises. I did good got up to some good weight on them. Got to where I could do only 6 then did my sets of 4. Then went to leg curls close legs not much width however you want to say it. After that went to leg extensions didn’t do as much reps didn’t get down to 6 anyways just ran out of energy and had to do hack squats after that. Got some good weight on there again just ran slap out of energy and had to give it up. I was doing ab work out during the whole work out plus push ups alternating between abs and push ups. This one is getting long and my forearms are killing me typing so much and so fast. Until next time BUILD ON!!

Has anyone taken the nanox9 from muscle tech?? Do you have to take it more than once to get the effect of the n.o.? I took 5 and nothing no fizzle not burst of energy like most n.o. products. So well I had a crappy work out. Nothing compared to the nano vapor that I take…man I love that stuff. Any ways started out with tri’s today I’m going to start to do my workouts the second first and the first second……like usually I would do chest then tri’s well now I’m going to start to do tri’s then chest to shock my body a little to keep on building. So we’ll see what happens. I took some new pics today not much but you can see a little muslce definition coming into play. Abs….still a work in progress but slowly but surely. Tomorrow is leg day I’ll start from calves,leg curls,leg extensions. I think tomorrow is hack squats. I always do the curls,extends etc first to warm up my legs for the big attack on the bar bell. So far so good. I’m really tired today I guess I just woke up way too early I’m going on about 4 hours of sleep. Tomorrow is a new day though. Wake the kids up take to school go for a run…study …….eat……study…..eat…..lol Then ofcourse hit the weights. gtg for now my tri’s are really killing me today I guess the shock is doing some good. p.s. If anyone has taken the nanox9 by muslce tech and has had the same or different reaction I’d like to know. Am I not taking enough pills to get that kick or is my body just too use to the vapor. Inquiring minds want to know.

I did back and bicep and forearms today. I started out with cable rows got to where I could only do 6 then did my set of 4. After that I went to pec deck back wards got to where I could only do 6 and did my 4 sets. Then went on to curls and forearms with barbell. I started with barbell I guess pulls or let’s see it’s where I grab the bar bell and bend my wrists back and forward palms facing down. Narrow and wide. Then did bar bell palms facing up then went to bar bell behind the back wrist curls forearms curls somebody help me out here. Ofcourse that was alternating between curls. After the first compete set of 6 reps w/4sets I went to cable curls one arm curling in toward the chest. OOO man did I feel those it felt great. Did some dumbell side bends also during this whole escapade. After that took some creatine and went on the bike for 15 minutes hard. This morning when I got up I went running for a mile. I’m trying to do two a day cardio but some days it just doesn’t work because of scheduling and stuff. But I’m trying. Yesterday I didn’t go running or wait did I??? NO, no I didn’t I did 50 minutes on the bike then later that day did another 25 I think or a little more. Wanted to study so thought hey why not ride the bike while I study it helped me get some extra cardio in and it kept me awake so I could study….lol Well got to go for now but Until next time BUILD ON!!

Today was my overall body work out day. I started with rows with the bar bell with one end in the corner. Then went to curls w/dumbells. After that went to barbell pulls to the upper chest for lats I did dumbell pull overs. After that for the tri’s I did dumbell behind the head raises. All through out the work out I hit chest. I started out with cable cross overs then went to push ups. It was saturday’s work out. So that means it was high rep day. My gym partner thinks 8 is high. I’m like 15 and up is high. 8 is low. So he couldn’t hang with me but he still got a good work out in. I’m sweaty as hell about to go take a shower and then eat a little something. Then chill for the rest of the day probably. Tonight diet is off father in law is coming down to fix is lasagna…..OOOO my freaking ____ it is so good. I can’t wait….tomorrow double cardio tonight double plates….lol Until next time BUILD ON!!

Well today was leg day ofcourse. I started out with some leg extensions, leg curls and some good ole calve raises. I didn’t want to do alot of reps in those departments but I did enough for what I thought. You ask why…well I wanted to do some squats. More sets than I normally do to add some good ole fashion muslce to them. My gym partner was here and he helped me out on my squats…..ok ok I guess there is some use to having a gym partner, ok there I said it. Doesn’t mean I still don’t like it….but there are benefits. He said that I was leaning to foward on the squat which I wouldn’t doubt I’ve never really had anybody look at me while I’m doing squats and evealuate me so hey. He told me to get a wider stance since I’m so tall and it would help me get further down. Ok, so I did it and I really felt it more so than normally so it helped. Then I did some ab work and I called it a day. Tomorrow is full body work out. Then Sunday back and bi’s I think. Well got to go, Until next time BUILD ON!!

Work out partner was here again. He was doing his damnest too keep up with the weight……he could get it up but just couldn’t do as many reps as I could. Today I started out with shoulders bar bell raises to upper chest. Did a good amount I think I had 35’s on there with reps of 6. Then went to military presses behind the head. Went to lats after that rope pulley to the throat and then dumbell pull overs. They worked great had a great work out still feeling it. Took in some creatine then went for a run a mile. Came back ate some tuna then took in some egg white protein. Got to go for now this is a short one. Until next time BUILD ON!! o yeah some ab work too.

Had a great freaking work out…kinda puttered toward the end of it just because I had to catch up on a lot of missed sleep today but still hit the gym so I didn’t have the explosiveness like I usually do but I did still have a good work out. I started out with v-bar rows with the one end of the barbell in a corner. Then went to uuhhhhh let’s see here oooo yeah shrugs almost forgot well heck I did…..ugh that’s just how out of it I am right now. Have been in a bad mood for the last couple of days and just can’t shake it no matter what I do. Any ways after I just couldn’t lift anymore on shrugs I went to the arms. I started off with dumbell curls then went to bar bell curls hanging over the edge of the bench. I did very little ab work today like I said just wasn’t all there today. gtg for now have to jump on the bike maybe I’ll just ride until I get rid of this evilness inside. Until next time BUILD ON!!

Well ofcourse by the title it was leg day. My newest edition to my gym is a work out partner much to my dislike but I’m trying to help him out and I don’t want to be rude….or maybe I should…no no, no no. It’s not bad persay but I’m having to wait on him he can’t do as much as I can. He gets cramps and I’m afraid he’s going to fall apart but he damn determined to continue on like I work out. UUhhh he wants to work out like I do but just doesn’t in the same sense….does that make sense. Then ofcourse he wanted to go running AFTER A LEG DAY he wanted to go running. I’m like no, I’m just going to ride my bike nice and easy for about 30-40 minutes. He’s like begging me come on come on let’s go running. So me being a dumb ass that I am or just be the friend that I am went running. Did a mile in like 13 minutes which hey before you chastise me that, that isn’t nothing. I’m 270 atleast and 6′4 me and running don’t mix. I have been running here lately mind you but can’t run the full mile just yet. I have to stop and catch my breath. He did give me some pointers cause he can run for miles and miles without stopping. Which I greatly appreciate but now my knee hurts….yes yes I know I should of just said there ain’t no way in h-e- double hockey sticks I’m going running after a leg day but hey shame on me. I won’t do that again, that’s for sure. But any ways to get off my soap box. Leg day, leg extensions, leg curls. donkey calve raises and some suit case bar bell squats. Then ofcourse the run which I’m paying for now. Love yah got to go ttyl…UNTIL NEXT TIME BUILD ON!!
