					<description>Congratulations on your triathlon.  Sounds like you had a similarly rough experience at the beginning of the swim leg.  For almost two minutes I could barely swim at all, and I wasn't sure I was going to be able to go any farther.  Maybe some open water swim practice would be a good idea after all!

Seems like you paced your bike and run segments more successfully than I did.  I knew I wasn't going to tear up the bike segment, but I thought running was my strength and I really bogged down.  As you wrote before, running at the end of a triathlon is completely different from a standalone running race.

I admire your tenacity in going for the half ironman only four weeks away.  Right now it's hard to imagine doing that.  Good luck with the training!</description>
