Here are the details of the photo shoot.

THE PHOTO SHOOT:

We are currently organizing a photo shoot consisting of Professional and Amateur bodybuilders, Fitness and Figure Models as well as Mixed Martial Arts Athletes.

The photo shoot will be used to promote BeFit4Free.com / BeFit4Free.net in the Denver Metro Area. BeFit4Free is a health and fitness / nutritional supplement company (.com) as well as a social network (.net) based in Lakewood, Colorado. Some of the athletes / bodybuilders who will be featured include:

Ø Andy Haman – IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Ø Phil Heath – IFBB Pro Bodybuilder

Ø Tilo Siyed – Bodybuilder Ø Ginny May – 2006 Natural Colorado Bodybuilding Champion

Ø Kevin Mills – Winner of 2007 NPC Northern Colorado Ø Lumumba Sayers – Belted MMA Fighter

Ø Heather Armbrust – Female IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Ø And Many More…

Admission is Free and we are currently expecting 500 guests throughout the night.

Amateur athletes will be photographed first, with the evening starting at 6:30pm.

PROMOTION:

In addition to general PR and editorial in the local press (where ever it can be secured) the following scheduled promotion and activity will take place:
Ø BeFit4Free.com as well as BeFit4Free.net email subscribers will be emailed 3 separate times before the event.

Ø Jet Enterprises will be co-promoting to their email list of over 20,000 subscribers
Ø Jet Night Club has arranged to print and post fliers, posters etc. and place them in multiple clubs downtown before the event.

Ø Members of the BeFit4Free team will be distributing material as well as using our call list to promote the event.
Ø Further Activity is expected to be confirmed.

EVENT COSTS:

Ø General Expenses for Professional Athletes
Ø Staffing and Administration of event

Ø Facility use
Ø Printing of Invites, fliers and posters promoting the event

Ø Photography Fees
Ø Post-photography production fees

Ø Distribution Costs
Ø Transportation

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY:

The sponsorship will include:
Ø Inclusion of Your Business link and logo in our email distribution

Ø Branding opportunities at the photo shoot venue by way of signage at entrance
Ø Premium and sample give away opportunity

Ø Logo included in all printed material (Invites) with message “in association with”
Ø Logo included in all printed promotional material (fliers, posters, etc.)

Ø Logo included on BeFit4Free.com Events page
Ø Logo included on Forum Events page / Calendar

Ø Access to event for contact / PR

Sponsorship Requirements:

In return for sponsorship associated with this opportunity, and of course resultant community exposure, Your Company is being asked to cover a portion of the cost of the event. The event requires a total sponsorship of $5,000. We are currently offering an entry level investment of $500.
We plan to start promoting this event on February 3, 2009 and to finalize artwork for invites and press ads soon.

We feel this is an excellent opportunity for anyone targeting customers ages 21-35 years of age to generate exposure and brand recognition.
