Just finished Chest and Back and I’m off to do my bike trainer! I’m ON FIRE and only have 11 pounds to go to fit into my goal jeans, TOTALLY doable, YAY!

Hi,
I emailed you and didn’t realise that it wouldn’t be linked to my bodyspace, but here it is. I found you because you made a comment on my bodyspace awhile ago.
I really appreciate your email and can totally realate with the feeling of "I know how to do this" … but then why am I not doing it. I know I feel my best when I am in shape and I want to be ripped again, but not show day ripped because I know that is unrealistic as our bodies need salt and water in them to live!
If I could just get a jump start, say 14 days under my belt I know I’d be likely to stick wtih it … I have been journaling meals, using blog sites and making challenges with myself and others and nothing seems to be enough. I have also had some injuries which haven’t helped … but it’s all just excuses. I just need to get the diet in order!
