Hmmmm, for some reason I can’t cut and paste to this blog and it’s so buggy to me cause I post on another msg. board and I hate writing the same thing twice!
I am moving on to Phase Two of my P90X system and I’m really excited as I get to do some new workouts. My weight is up a bit from my vacation and I can’t wait to be back into the 130’s and my cute jeans here soon!
Being meticulous with my food journal and calories and water cause I know in the end that’s what gets me there. Along with the extra cardio I’m doing:)
Time and patience, that’s what it takes! Time and patience.

Spent forever figuring out how to upload music onto my shuffle, then charged it last night and grabbed it this morning to go to the high school and run bleachers and when I got there and turned it on, there was no dang music on it!!!
I was soooo pissed! Only ran for 15 minutes and came home to fix it. Turns out when I charged it, it somehow reset stuff…anyhow, went for a 30 minute run once I got the music back on and it was ROCKIN’ !!! Can’t believe I ever ran w/o it! I still don’t use it when it’s dark outside, but now that it’s summertime, it’s usually light enough to run with it on. It makes such a difference! Love it!
Finally getting to the point today where I’m starting to crave clean food again. Thank goodness!

Don’t know why I ever type long posts, whenever I do, they get erased! Annoying!
Well, issued a new challenge/deadline to myself for Sept 15th to enter my story to MDB (the makers of P90X) and bodybuilding.com transformations of the week.
I’m setting a goal weight of 130 lbs. I could come in higher or lower but I think that’s a reachable and reasonable weight for my height.
I have exactly 3 months to get there and I’m excited for a new challenge.
Today was Fat Blaster and Legs and Back and Abs. Gallon of water and clean eating are on the schedule for today!
YAY for new goals!

Looks like all the unclean eating I did a few weeks back really pushed me back! My abs were almost unrecognizeable in the mirror this morning. It was depressing. I’ve been eating very clean for a week now and I’m hoping at least by next week that my body starts responding:(
This morning was TJ fat blaster and Shoulders, Arms, and Abs. GOtta do better with my water today, but at least I’m journaling my food and doing good in that dept!
Patience, time, and consistency, that’s what I’m telling myself!:)O:):)

Dropped a few pounds this week and hoping for a few more next week! Woke up STARVING so I made some protein pancakes with oat and flax flour that I make in my blender. Have to get some energy before my workout, then I’ll be no carb the rest of the day.
Learning some things about myself this year. I’ve learned that I know how to drop weight to get to where I want to be, but it is very difficult to maintain that weight for a long period of time. Getting "in shape" is such a journey, not a destination. You never really "get there" you are only getting CLOSER to your ideal and you get better and better along the way.
But, eating superlow carbs the rest of my life just ain’t gonna happen…I mean, you have to have energy to live life and I like the way I look at a really low bodyfat, it’s just hard to maintain. That’s why building lean bodymass helps so much. I can reshape my body and look dramatically different at the same weight when I have muscle compared to when I do not.
So, I am always building, trying to work on my weak areas, trying to slim down the legs and build up the upper body. MY abs are generally detemined almost 100% by what I have been eating for the past few weeks, so that will depend on whether I’m low carb or not…
Anyhow, just ate some good carbs so LIFE IS GOOD! Gonna give myself 30 minutes and head downstairs to rip it UP!
LATA!

Been doing low carb for the past few days and will continue to do it for the next couple of weeks to slim down to our vacation. I CANNOT believe how responsive my body is to this way of eating. The day after I start, I can feel my fat start to wash out, my stomach immediately starts shrinking and everything seems to tighten up and tone up. Plus, it makes me feel really good, too. I just have to make sure to add in good carbs here and there when I need extra energy.
Today’s workout was shoulders and arms, my favorite, and yesterday was plyo, my least favorite!
Starting to see the definition coming back into my shoulders and my abs are STARTING to come back in. My tummy got really bloated there for a while and I developed a new little pooch that I’m trying to at least SHRINK DOWN before attempting to get into a bikini.
Feeling good though. Weighed in this morning at 145, still got another 15 pounds to lose before August 20th, I can do it, though!

Woke up this morning with alot of energy and decided to pop in turbo jam cardio Party 3. It was SO much fun and I really enjoyed myself through the whole thing. Made me remember why I like working out!
Then did Chest and Back and abs. Felt on fire today and eating is going really well. Bought a new bathing suit that I want to wear on vacation so I need extra motivation and need to do lots of cardio!
