Last night was cardio. I love to hate the cardio. I have uped the cardio into as my friend says an insane level. Dropped from 304 first day of the challenge to 282 as of yesterday. My cardio consists of running; while maintaining a 10 to 10:30 mile pace. The distance is dependant upon how I feel on that particular day. Last night the mileage was 6 miles of rolling Virginia hills it was completed in about an hour and seven minutes. For the purposes of this challenge I will post pics about every week so by the end of the week we will see if there are any visual effects of the cardio.

Did abs as well last night they feel alright especially considering they are done directly following my run..

Hanging Leg raises 4×15

Crunches 4x failure

Marching twist 3×15 using 25 pound plate

Amphetalean rocks no adverse effects only an intense increase in energy. Where was this 10 years ago I wouldn’t have ever put on any additional weight

Meal 1 1 1/2 scoops protien powder mixed with 1/2 cup oats

Meal 2 Grilled chicken patty, Baby spinach leaves a fish oil capsule

Meal 3 1 can of very low sodium tuna, 1/2 cup of brown rice

Meal 4 Grilled chicken patty, Baby spinach leaves abd a fish oil capsule

Meal 5 preworkout- Aminos- Fat burner and Creatine (20 minutes pre workout)

Meal 6 Post workout 1 1/2 scoops protien powder and 1/2 cup oats. fish oil

90 minutes later 2 grilled chicken patties tossed salad(Romaine) 10-12 almonds

That is followed 7 days a week their is only one variation and that is when morning cardio is performed in a 2-a-day fashion

Yesterday I changed my workout to a fat ripping workout. It was leg day, the first exercise was squats. Four sets of 25-40 reps. Once you get to all four sets with forty reps up your poundage by ten pounds and start all over again. I did multiple exercises and left the gym in a horendous rainstorm walking like a new born baby giraffe. Today is upper body hopefully the rain will hold off and I can do cardio outside.

Am I suppose to feel this way?

I am sitting here at work, its Monday early no one is up here in the offices. Thank god. I am sitting here and thinking. Why do I do this every weekend, I eat like everyone around me and feel like total crap. I know that I am what you would call a hardheaded slow learner, but how many times am I going to walk in and feel like a Mack truck ran over me before I wise up and realize that this is not how I want to feel. Once by mid morning on Mondays, once the supplements and clean diet starts fixing what I have been teariung apart for two days I feel pretty good. I think that it is time to wise up….
