Ok, so I think I’m officially back.
Been a long while since I updated this thing. Well, for the last month or so I have been working out really hard to get back into shape. I’m still around 200 lbs but my body fat is higher. I’d say around 19-20. I’m back to logging my caloric intake as well as my lifting stats. Just trying to fine tune my diet to see what works best for me. Miss
Aliyah is almost 1 now and she is the best thing that could have ever happened to me. She is full of energy and is easily the happiest baby in the world, lol.
