What Should I Do!!??
My computer totally crapped out on me today and I have a crapload of homework due. I spent most of the day trying to get my computer fixed. When I found it was unfixable I had to buy a new one. It is now 1:44 am and I have not lifted and am ready for bed. So my question is should I skip my workout and move on to the next body part or just continue where I left off?

I usually continue where I left off when I miss a day. For me, missing a day is just an extra rest day and I think the rotating body parts to a different day of the week is beneficial. Your body cannot adapt to the same weekly routine if you occasionally miss and continue with your routine the next workout.
