BLEH!
Man im starting to get sick of eating oatmeal. Think i need to take a break from it. Im thinking of possibly starting to switch back to peanut butter and whole wheat english muffins for breakfast with my eggs. Anyone have any suggestions on what else would be good to team up with my eggs?

If you can find any, get some quinoa. I usually eat that with my eggs if I’m not in an oatmeal mood. Takes about 20 minutes to cook though which is right under steel cut oats. If you aren’t eating those already, I’ll say they taste a bit different (heartier even) than regular oatmeal.
Then again, there’s always spinach and eggs but thats just not breakfast.

Quinoa would be my suggestion too… I haven’t eaten it in a while, but I think I’m going to cook some today! You can find it in health food stores like Whole Foods, Sunflower Market or Vitamin Cottage.

thanx! I was looking into some quinoa. Saw it at the super market and figured i would give it a shot. Maybe ill like it.

I have no idea on how to flavor it for breakfast. I just eat the stuff plain.

Mix some protein powder in with it, also pick up some Malto-Meal if you can get some at your local grocery store. Fruits always good with it, also try some low-fat low sugar yogurt. Just mix it up every day man, you’ll find what you like.
