I Advice any of yall that have a pleateu u gatta break through weather its loosing weight or gaining muscle, Pleateus can be one heck of a thing to break through. Man im starting to get sick of eating oatmeal. Think i need to take a break from it. Im thinking of possibly starting to switch back to peanut butter and whole wheat english muffins for breakfast with my eggs. Anyone have any suggestions on what else would be good to team up with my eggs?

Ive been taking in lots of protein in food and shakes and the right amount of carbs to help me build a solid lean physique and Im starting to see gains. I once had the opputunity to build a physique that should have been remarkable. I was at a very lean 125 and had no knowledge about building a great body. My advice i heard in the gym from idoits was eat lots and just keep lifting. It caused me to get to a bulky 182lbs with lots of body fat. I then had a look in the mirror and realized this was not what i wanted. I took 3 months and with the help of friends on bodyspace like Steve P and Anthony (Bdubdeisel) i was able to get a great amount of knowledge and picked up a new level of dedication. "Do Work" its more than just two words but a lifestyle. If you apply those two words to everything, it can change the outcome of everything you work so hard at.
The time is now! 3 months of hard work and my dedication has paid off to get my back to a lean frame to build off of. Now at 155lbs. I look at myself and know that i have something great to work with. With eyes on me the 2 words "Transformation Overdrive" has taken on a deeper meaning. I wilL build the incredible physique ive always wanted. The time has come and the time is now.
