I just bought a Tanita body fat monitor scale…at 1 setting it tells me im at 18% and another setting has me at 10 %…. take a look at my progress pics and state which reading is more realistic…please..

When i do flat bench press on a Smith machine, i get less pump but more sore the following day. When I use just a flat barbell bench press i get a great pump but no soreness after. Which is better? Same amount of weight same reps same time diff results…

Been trying to add some size while keeping lean. been stacking Cell-tech and Nitro-tech for the last month. My calorific intake has been increased, reps lower weight up. Wondering if age of 39 is demanding more supplement usage? Any tips?
