OK the news just keeps getting better!!! I am the current cover girl for Posedown Magazine and now I just received the March issue of Iron Man Magazine and I am on page 113. The article is written by my dear Texas friend Dave Goodin, (The Texas Shredder) and the article talks about the myth of lifting heavy causes big hips and thick waist lines.  He used me as an example of how heavy lifting does not make you bigger like people tend to believe. So check out the article on pages 112-113 of the March Issue of Iron Man Magazine:>)

WOW is an understatement. I just saw the cover of the newest issue of Posedown Magazine and I am on the cover of the magazine. I was voted as Posedown Magazine’s athlete of the year for 2008. I was told there is a really good article inside the magazine as well. I have not had the opportunity to read the article all I have seen is the cover. Hey I will have copies of the Magazine at the Arnold Sports Festival to autograph so stop by the EFX Booth and get a copy.
