					<description>Our tongue's are electrochemical sensor's by how they work, so using the whole we're addicted to salt thing i don't believe is true.  If it was, then adding salt to everything i eat that isn't already salted, should taste better, but it doesn't.  It's the fact that you get a higher ion exchange between your tongue and whatever you eat is what makes it taste better.  I don't think it's a &amp;amp;#34;trick&amp;amp;#34; persay to the senses.  I'm splitting hairs here for the most part, but I didn't miss the point.  Good post for the most part, Less salt = Healthy life, Roger got it.  If only i could eliminate ketchup.</description>
