| Hello everyone and Happy Holidays:>) Everyone loves all the goodies during the Holidays and most of us gain weight during this time. So I am launching the first annual Holiday Fit Camp to get a jump start on the Holiday bulge. The camp begins Nov 17 and runs through Jan 2, 2009 every Mon-Wed-Fri, at 5-6 AM and another class at 7-8 AM. A total of 42 sessions for a very low price of $150.00 15% of the proceeds will go to purchase Christmas gifts for underprivileged children in the Montgomery County area. So get a jump start on the Holiday bulge and help us make a child’s Christmas a merry one.
