| Hello everyone and Happy Holidays:>) Everyone loves all the goodies during the Holidays and most of us gain weight during this time. So I am launching the first annual Holiday Fit Camp to get a jump start on the Holiday bulge. The camp begins Nov 17 and runs through Jan 2, 2009 every Mon-Wed-Fri, at 5-6 AM and another class at 7-8 AM. A total of 42 sessions for a very low price of $150.00 15% of the proceeds will go to purchase Christmas gifts for underprivileged children in the Montgomery County area. So get a jump start on the Holiday bulge and help us make a child’s Christmas a merry one. OMG I am opening my own Personal Training Studio:>)
Wednesday, November 5th, 2008My new training center, "The One Stop Fit Shop"
I have really awesome news!!! I am opening my own personal training studio. I have named it,"The One Stop Fit Shop" We will offer personal training packages, nutritional programs, weight loss (actually fat loss) programs, Strength Conditioning for athletes. After the first of the year we will have a medical doctor on board and we will be offering life extension and longevity packages along with medically supervised diets and natural bio-identical hormone replacement therapy for those clients 35 and older that are hormone deficient. I hope some of you will come and see me at my new place. We are in hopes of opening before December 1st. I have also posted a picture of the building in my pictures it is in a file by itself.
