What is your favorite training day in the GYM???

I love training legs!! I call it SQUAT DAY!! Squatting is about all I do for legs, that and dead-lifts. If you are finding it hard to put size on your legs it’s cause you aint squattin. (LOL) Write me back and tell me what you like to train.

    Hey BB, I still cannot believe you’re 16! Incredible! Hmmm… what do I like to train? I would have to say chest. I think its because its easier for me to feel the pump from doing chest. However, I’m still not happy with the development of my chest :( despite me enjoying it so much. Still a long way to go! I don’t really work legs that much however my hams are always sore after deadlifts!

    My favourite day in the gym is bicep/tricep day however i really think it should be chest day. I havent enjoyed the type of gains to date as i had hoped for chest thus it not being my favourite yet!!!

    My favortie day is also leg day, I love Deadlifts and Squats I do a 3×3/5×1 training,
    So BB what your workout routine?

    My favorite day is the day I go in and say THIS SUCKS!!! Only because I know it’s working. I have to say a prime example would be things like Zercher Squats. Nothing like feeling like your arms are about to fall off, your insides feel like they are being pushed up and out your throat, and once your back up and racked you feel like passing out because you couldn’t breath the entire time.

    Legs and back are my favorite training day prior to my injury.

    Nothing beats both intensity. the sweats, the intensity in these 2 body parts training is abundant. killer workouts!
