My triceps have finally recovered, but now I have a whole new set of problems. My butt is killing me. Jim, my boyfriend and trainer, seriously knows how to kick my ass beyond belief. I did the butt blaster machine with a physioball balancing act that just about put me on the ass I just worked. I have been keeping up with all my workout and all my nutrition. Except for a stupid SMALL piece of chocolate cake that someone baked and refused to let me say no to. I did interval training today and yesterday was the butt kicking exercise with a little back. I am not too sure what I am going to do tomorrow. I think I need to do a little legs and shoulders. I just have to stay away from squats so perhaps a little leg extension with leg curls… I need to get a file to write everything down and take new measurements and such. They have this program at Xsport that lets you see how you look as a cartoon and then after you get your results what you’ll look like. It’s pretty cool.
I am one of those people who have to be organized or I feel like I am not even doing anything. My boyfriends obsessed with redheads and Shopaholic comes out this friday. Isla Fisher is like a goddess to him or something so Happy Valentines! Haha.
