Weak Ass Triceps
Dear GOD my triceps are sore. This would be two days after my workout and they are still tight as ever. I can’t figure out if it feels better to stretch them a lot or just leave them alone. I think my stabilizer muscles are just totally weak because I was shaking after one set of bench press 15 reps at 45 pounds. I know I know, I am weak! I am definitely lifting legs today. I kind of don’t like lifting legs because it leaves you so damn drained. Plus, the way my boyfriend trains them means I will probably be sore for days. Hope everyone is well!!!

LOL… I am the exact same way with my biceps! It seems that I can never get stronger with them and they are sooooo sore for days after working them! Today is the first day since Thursday that I can actually straighten my arm all the way
.
Everyone tells me that it does get better… eventually! lol
