My Legs! My Butt!
OUCH! So, all right. Today is the first day for two days that I was able to actually stand up or sit down without feeling like my muscle fibers were on FIRE. So, I kinda missed cardio for two days. But anyways, back to it today. I need to work on my shoulders and something else. My chest isn’t sore and my back isn’t sore anymore…. My legs aren’t THAT sore anymore…
Shoulders and Arms today then…. I really have to work on my rear delts and firm up my tris and bis. I seem to have these chronic fatty rear delts or something. It makes my shoulders look soooo wide and I hate that. Well, enough complaining!!!
