Doin’ It
Tuesday, December 9th, 2008I have been lifting consistently for a week now
Hey, that’s an improvement. I got stuck getting a job I had to work a million hours and go to school full time while commuting. Talk about draining. I’ve decided since the show I want to do is not until next August I am not going to write down everything I eat and worry about it tooooo much. The plan is to eat as much protein as I can get and really try to stay cool with carbs. Sweet potatoes, oatmeal, brown rice, and whatever is in my protein powder. The only time I plan on eating fruits is after my workout. Veggies almost really don’t count, but I am going to make sure I stay away from what I like to call the "corn culprit". You wouldn’t believe what has corn based stuff in it! I am also going to try and give up my cereal obsession. It really is an obsession. Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Golden Grahms. WOW! Heaven. Oh wait… I shouldn’t say that. CELERY and PROTEIN POWDER! The goal I have right now is to really lift consistantly. Building muscle is going to give me the muscle tone I want and then when it comes closer to competing time I will shred down. I have until August to lose all my fat and it’s not like I have toooo far to go. I will get progress pics up as soon as I find the stupid digital camera cord.
