Day Number One
Wednesday, February 27th, 2008Wow! Ok… so taking a few weeks off of an actually kick butt workout absolutely killed me. I tried to keep my heart rate up the entire time and let’s just say that wasn’t a hard feat. Surprisingly enough I weighed in today and got my bodyfat tested. I lost two pounds since my last weigh in which is when I last worked out hardcore (about three weeks ago now). My bodyfat only went up very slightly. It was 19.5% and now it’s 19.8%. I worked out legs HARD today. I posted the the whole workout in my workout space or whatever that thing is called. It kind of stunk working out alone. I am so used to working out with my boyfriend. He is a personal trainer so nothing ever was boring and I had to look good in front of him and push myself hard. It’s harder to do that now…. I will admit that. I have to work out at another gym bahhumbug! He made the workout for me. Summer is coming and I refuse to let myself not reach my goals. I am a personal trainer too, but that doesn’t mean I know what’s right for me totally. An example of that would be giving advice to others. I am GREAT at that, but once I am in the same situation I find it much more difficult to do things right. I am going to take pictures tonight and post them. Try not to be toooooo disgusted! HA!
