Hey guys! Yea… I wasn’t slacking. Just going through a major life overhaul. Kinda recent I went through a breakup. Yea, seems like things never last no matter what you put into them. ANYWAYS! I am back on track and got myself a new trainer. She is amazing! Her name is Mandi. I worked my butt off today and finally got MY OWN supplements. I am not a greedy person, but I am so happy I don’t have to share them. I got a new multi, xtend, protein, and fish oil. Oh, did I mention I am going to kick butt in November? Well, I AM! I am so excited to finally have someone who will put in some sort of effort to help me attain my goals. I got a new job as well. Waitressing isn’t too bad. I like the tip, but have the pressure on the back. I am going to have to get my abs up to par so I don’t hurt myself later. Time to shower. After doing HIIT on the stepmill my appearence leaves something to be desired

Hey guys! So, I finally get to work out again today. I feel like I have been living on a log since I got sick. It’s horrible! You start to get into the routine of being lazy…. BUT my show is this August, so I can’t be like that. I WILL be up on stage. I have chosen my trainer. His name is James Chize and I figure since he already got me this far I can’t quit on him now. The only different thing is that he has never trained anyone for a figure show. I am going to give him a shot though. Who knows, if I win he could get big!
Should I mention that he is my boyfriend? Haha. We actually live together and he can watch everything I eat. I must say I love to bake though and there are times that he doesn’t say no. I think today I am going to do legs and cardio. I should force myself to do the stairmaster for at least ten minutes. I figure if I am no good at it then something must be lacking.

I feel sooo much better now. I got on some antibiotics and everything is back to normal. I just don’t know if I should work out while I am on antibiotics. I really want to go back to the gym tomorrow though. Now that I have been going consistently into the gym I hate being away for too long. The past couple nights I have been dreaming about being on stage and posing to Britney Spears "Circus". I have a whip as a prop, but I don’t think you can really have props, but it would be fun to crack that whip! Let’s just end this entry by stating that I want to get my ass back into the gym asap. If a doctor by chance reads this please tell me if I can work out on avalox… I’ve been taking it since last Thursday.

Hey guys. I am totally sick right now. I haven’t been able to work out all week and I am sooo frustrated. I hate being really sick. It’s much more fun to fake sick and then be in the gym all day. I am going to the doctor in a little bit, so at least I will know when I can come back to lifting. I HATE just laying here. I was so weak this past week that I couldn’t even lift my head to read my book and getting up to go to the bathroom was like deciding whether to run a marathon at that very moment. I swear it’s the worst feeling ever. I was just in the gym feeling strong and kicking asss!

My triceps have finally recovered, but now I have a whole new set of problems. My butt is killing me. Jim, my boyfriend and trainer, seriously knows how to kick my ass beyond belief. I did the butt blaster machine with a physioball balancing act that just about put me on the ass I just worked. I have been keeping up with all my workout and all my nutrition. Except for a stupid SMALL piece of chocolate cake that someone baked and refused to let me say no to. I did interval training today and yesterday was the butt kicking exercise with a little back. I am not too sure what I am going to do tomorrow. I think I need to do a little legs and shoulders. I just have to stay away from squats so perhaps a little leg extension with leg curls… I need to get a file to write everything down and take new measurements and such. They have this program at Xsport that lets you see how you look as a cartoon and then after you get your results what you’ll look like. It’s pretty cool.
I am one of those people who have to be organized or I feel like I am not even doing anything. My boyfriends obsessed with redheads and Shopaholic comes out this friday. Isla Fisher is like a goddess to him or something so Happy Valentines! Haha.

Dear GOD my triceps are sore. This would be two days after my workout and they are still tight as ever. I can’t figure out if it feels better to stretch them a lot or just leave them alone. I think my stabilizer muscles are just totally weak because I was shaking after one set of bench press 15 reps at 45 pounds. I know I know, I am weak! I am definitely lifting legs today. I kind of don’t like lifting legs because it leaves you so damn drained. Plus, the way my boyfriend trains them means I will probably be sore for days. Hope everyone is well!!!

OUCH! So, all right. Today is the first day for two days that I was able to actually stand up or sit down without feeling like my muscle fibers were on FIRE. So, I kinda missed cardio for two days. But anyways, back to it today. I need to work on my shoulders and something else. My chest isn’t sore and my back isn’t sore anymore…. My legs aren’t THAT sore anymore…
Shoulders and Arms today then…. I really have to work on my rear delts and firm up my tris and bis. I seem to have these chronic fatty rear delts or something. It makes my shoulders look soooo wide and I hate that. Well, enough complaining!!!

I have been lifting consistently for a week now
Hey, that’s an improvement. I got stuck getting a job I had to work a million hours and go to school full time while commuting. Talk about draining. I’ve decided since the show I want to do is not until next August I am not going to write down everything I eat and worry about it tooooo much. The plan is to eat as much protein as I can get and really try to stay cool with carbs. Sweet potatoes, oatmeal, brown rice, and whatever is in my protein powder. The only time I plan on eating fruits is after my workout. Veggies almost really don’t count, but I am going to make sure I stay away from what I like to call the "corn culprit". You wouldn’t believe what has corn based stuff in it! I am also going to try and give up my cereal obsession. It really is an obsession. Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Golden Grahms. WOW! Heaven. Oh wait… I shouldn’t say that. CELERY and PROTEIN POWDER! The goal I have right now is to really lift consistantly. Building muscle is going to give me the muscle tone I want and then when it comes closer to competing time I will shred down. I have until August to lose all my fat and it’s not like I have toooo far to go. I will get progress pics up as soon as I find the stupid digital camera cord.

So here it is. I finally got down below 130. I am now 126 with 16.5% body fat. Not bad!!! I have a new goal now. I want to do a figure competition in six months. My boyfriend’s first show is tomorrow and he looks amazing! He got totally shredded. The coolest part is that he did it all natural. It doesn’t take steroids and mass amounts of supplements to get what you want. He is starting to train me for the show right after his tomorrow. We have Sunday to eat like little pigs and then he is monitoring everything for me. I am excited. I can do this! I am so happy I am where I am. Not to mention I still once in a while get to pig out and love on ice cream all night. I love the cheat meal. I live for the cheat meal. Well… time to get some rear delts in… Probably the biggest weakness on my body. I have big side delts or something. I will post pics and maybe someone can help me out!
