CBL
Last night I backloaded on ice cream, about 700g though with cbl counting is supposed to be optional. My muscles felt harder this morning, but that could be because I've been backloading everyday (I lift heavy 6 days/wk). I'm gonna take Sat off from backloading this week to try to burn a little extra fat. I feel a lot lighter today though the scale hasn't moved. Not really judging by the scale too much anyways, just trying to benchmark some progress while making sure my weight doesn't rapidly increase.
In January, I may reduce my lifting days and carb backloading days to try to lose more fat through diet. I want to give cbl a few weeks or so to see the full benefits of the program. So far I've felt much better and look leaner in the mornings. Mostly, I don't want to feel drab like I have on more keto-centric diets in the past.
