			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last year I tore my Supinator muscle in my left forearm, I&#8217;ve been training with it wrapped. I had an MRI on it last month because it&#8217;s continually bothered me, the Doc said, &quot; it will take a long time to heal, knowing me as well as he does he told me to just wrap it as I have been and be careful.</p>
<p>This past Thursday night Pebblesand I were training back and bi&#8217;s and I popped my right forearm doing preacher curls,, WOW!!!! I never thought you could hear a muscle go.. I saw stars and it&#8217;s killing me now, I guess it&#8217;s time for another MRI&#8230;. This really sucks&#8230; Really wanted to try and compete in Sept&#8230;</p>
<p>Has anyone else had this happen and what did you do about it?</p>
